35+ The Most Epic Leg Tattoo Designs

Image
Legs are a great location for a tattoo because they are easily shown off, or covered up, depending on your mood or the occasion. There's also plenty of space to fill, especially on the fleshy thigh area, although unless you often wear short shorts and skirts, it won't be seen very often. The calf also works great for smaller works, other places such as the ankle and knee can play host to subtle designs too. These areas don't have much protective muscle or tissue though, so be prepared for some pain! Would you consider getting inked on your legs? If so, what kind of design do you think works best? We here at Apegeo have come up with a list of our favorites that you can take inspiration from. Scroll down below to check them out for yourself, as well as an interesting and informative interview with highly respected tattoo artist  Sebastian Quick , and let us know what you think in the comments! When 9 Hollywood Actresses Do Hardcore Training for a Role

Image
How much time does it take an actress to prepare for a difficult role that requires them to be as strong as an athlete? According to the interviews of Hollywood stars, 4-6-hour workouts 5-6 times per week is a completely normal thing for someone who wants to portray a soldier or a warrior. For some people, the result is in muscle mass: for example, Tessa Thompson had to  gain  around 15 lbs. Apege o admires the persistence and these women who decided to portray warriors and did everything in their power to look like one. The actress had to wear a 65 lb exosuit, do tricks in it, and try not to get injured. She said in an  interview , “I prepared as much as I could, and then the first day when I showed up and put the suit on, I just thought, ’Oh god I’m going to start crying.’” © Everett C
